Little Deers is constantly striving to create the best environment for it's children. Safe, warm, stimulating, and fun - it's only then that the children will develop, and achieve their full learning potential!
Through the Early Years Foundation Stages, Little Deers encourages the children through key milestones, tailoring provisions to ensure progress through all areas of development and best prepare them for the eventual transition into their chosen primary school.

Hello I'm Julie, I have worked in Little Deers since 2021, prior to which I was a primary school teacher. I love music, singing, painting and animals. In my family we love to go on theme park rides!
Frances Alderman-Bowers BA (Hons) QTS

Hello I'm Fran. I have worked at Little Deers since 2023 and prior to that I was a primary school teacher. I love spending time with my family often out and about in the countryside or baking some treats in the kitchen!
